If we can't evidence it, we don't print it
The supplement industry runs on claims that nobody checks. Here is exactly who certifies our manufacturing, what that certification requires, and where every health claim on our packaging comes from. Nothing on this page is a badge we bought.
What we hold, and what it means
GMP-certified manufacturing
Every product is made by manufacturers certified to Good Manufacturing Practice — documented processes, controlled production environments, and traceability from raw material through to the finished pack.
Certified at the manufacturing facility
Made in the European Union
All manufacturing takes place within the EU, under EU food law rather than a lighter regime elsewhere. Orders are fulfilled from Germany.
Manufactured and fulfilled in the EU
EU & German regulatory compliance
Formulated to meet EU and German food supplement regulations — the strictest commonly applied standard in the European market — covering permitted ingredients, maximum levels and labelling.
EU and German food supplement law
EFSA-referenced claims
Every health claim on our packaging and on this site corresponds to an entry on the EU Register of nutrition and health claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Full-dose labelling
The exact amount of every active ingredient is printed on the label. No proprietary blends, and no ingredient included at a token amount purely so it can appear on the front of the pack.
Our own formulation policy
Full allergen disclosure
Complete allergen information on every product, including cross-contamination risk from shared production lines. Our whey and marine collagen products are explicitly flagged for milk and fish.
Declared on every product
What "GMP certified" actually requires
GMP is a phrase most supplement brands print without explaining. These are the controls our manufacturing partners are certified against, and the reason we only work with facilities that hold it. A batch that fails any stage is not released.
01
Raw material identity and purity
Each incoming ingredient is verified against its specification before it enters production — identity, active compound percentage, and screening for contaminants. Material that does not match its specification is rejected at goods-in.
02
Standardisation of botanical extracts
Extracts are confirmed against their standardisation before blending: 5% withanolides for ashwagandha, 95% curcuminoids for turmeric. This is the step that separates a real extract from milled root powder sold at the same weight.
03
In-process controls
Blend uniformity, capsule fill weight and powder density are checked throughout the run, so the dose in the last capsule matches the dose in the first and the label stays accurate across the whole batch.
04
Finished-product release testing
Before a batch is released it is checked against its specification for potency and label accuracy, alongside the contaminant and microbiological limits set by EU food law.
05
Traceability by lot number
Every released batch carries a lot number that ties it back to its raw materials and its production record. If a question ever arises about a specific pack, that number is what answers it.
Every claim traces to an EFSA entry
In the EU, what a supplement is allowed to claim is governed by Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, and the permitted wordings sit on the EU Register of nutrition and health claims. Only claims assessed by the European Food Safety Authority make that list.
We use those wordings, and we only make a claim where the product actually delivers the amount of nutrient the claim requires. "Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system" is on the register. "Boosts immunity" is not — so we don't say it.
Where a botanical has traditional use but no approved claim — shilajit and black seed oil, for instance — we describe the tradition and stop there rather than implying an effect we can't substantiate.

Our standing rules
01
No proprietary blends
A proprietary blend lets a brand list impressive ingredients without saying how much of each is in there — usually a heavy dose of the cheap one and a dusting of the expensive one. We publish the exact amount of every active ingredient, without exception.
02
Bioavailable forms only
Magnesium bisglycinate rather than oxide, zinc bisglycinate rather than oxide, K2 as MK-7, CoQ10 as ubiquinol. These cost several times more per kilogram than the forms they replace, and they are the reason the dose on the label means something.
03
Doses at studied levels
If a nutrient has a well-established effective range in the literature, our formula sits inside it. We would rather leave an ingredient out than include a token amount purely so it can appear on the front of the pack.
04
No artificial colours, flavours or unnecessary fillers
Excipients are limited to what a capsule or powder genuinely needs to be made and remain stable. Anything present purely for appearance is not in the formula.
05
Full allergen disclosure
Complete allergen information appears on every product, including cross-contamination risk from shared production lines. Our whey and marine collagen products are explicitly flagged for milk and fish.
Questions about a specific product?
Ask us about sourcing, an ingredient, an allergen, or the documentation behind a particular formula. If we need to go back to the manufacturer for an answer, we will — and we'll tell you that's what we're doing.
